Early makes for REALLY early...
Why is it that when you are just a few minutes early you end up running way ahead of schedule? And I don't mean just a few minutes ahead of schedule.....like having a bunch of time to kill because you finish everything way ahead of time. I was a bit early to work today and believe it or not...I do start before you hear me on the air at 5:20 a-m. I finished all my work and news/traffic related research way early and was actually bored waiting around for my reports to start. This made more sense when I was commuting to Temple University everyday from Bucks County and it depended on traffic. If I were to leave ten minutes early....I would literally get there 45 minutes ahead of my normal time. It's just weird....

Same here! If I leave a little before the normal, I'm thrown off for the whole day and then towards mid afternoon -- I wish I hit the snooze button for that extra 5 minutes instead of being ambitious and getting up early.
ReplyDeleteit's true. i remember getting to school at like 7am and my class didn't start until 8am. i'd literally fall asleep in my car waiting for a class i didn't even want to go to (german) lol and if i had a break between classes i'd walk around until i had the next class. it sucks being hyper and bored!
